Registration & Payment
If you have any problem making your payment via our online payment gateway, please bank in to the following account:

Your registration will only be processed once the email and payment have been received.
Yes, but please provide their details (name, email, phone number) for the registration process.
If you have a coupon that you would like to redeem, you can enter the coupon code on the cart page or on the checkout page after filling in your details and reviewing your order.
Please note that only one coupon can be redeemed per transaction, and each coupon is valid for one redemption only. Your contact’s email address must also match the email address for the coupon. Please double-check the email where you received the coupon to confirm.
Once you have checked out and redirected to the payment page, please proceed with your payment. Do not close the browser or hit the back button until the payment has been settled; otherwise, you won’t be able to re-use your coupon code.

Check your email spam folder, just in case. If you had purchased for someone else, please note that the ticket is sent to the attendee’s email.
You may also find all purchased tickets available from My Account > Tickets, provided that the purchase was made while logged in.

No. All purchases are non-refundable.
If you are unable to make it to the event, your ticket can be personally given to another person to attend on your behalf.
The Policies
• All purchases are final and not refundable.
• Tickets are not exchangeable from one event to another.
• If one is unable to make it to the event, their ticket can be personally given to another person to attend on their behalf.
• Only those with paid onsite tickets (minimum age of 6 and above) are allowed inside the hall.
Paid participants should proceed to the registration counter to check in and collect the entry pass.
Please bring your e-ticket and keep your proof of payment handy (no printing required).
• Walk-in registration will only be open depending on seat availability.
The Organiser reserves the right to not accept walk-in participants if the event has sold out.
• Children below the age of 6 are strictly prohibited from being inside the hall.
There will be no mothers’ room or childcare service at the event. Please make the necessary arrangement for your child.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry or request to leave any person who does not abide by the terms of entry or acts unreasonably, notwithstanding possessing an official entry pass, at the Organiser’s own discretion.
The Events
It is free seating, first come first served, and gender-segregated.
There is no couple or family seating.
Please fill in the front rows first and refrain from booking seat(s) for those who have not arrived.
Yes, but please provide their details (name, email, phone number) for the registration process.
Only children from the age of six and above with their own paid tickets are allowed to enter the hall. No children under the age of six are allowed inside. There will be no mothers’ room or childcare service during the event; please arrange any necessary childcare off-site.
If you are premium ticket holder, you can request a mode conversion to attend the event online.
The conversion is limited to one time only, and a request must be submitted via the Mode Conversion Request form available from the main menu at least 48 hours prior to the start of the first day of the event. Any request made elsewhere or after the deadline will not be entertained.
Approval is subject to seat availability, and the Organiser reserves the right to decline the request at the Organiser’s discretion.
For basic ticket holders, mode conversion is not available. However, a recording will be provided after the event.
If you require a special seat or assistance due to a physical/medical condition, please fill in the contact form here at least 48 hours before the event day to allow proper arrangements to be made.
Special seating requests for any reason other than the above will not be entertained.
No food or drink is allowed inside the hall, with the exception of bottled water.
No, you will only need to show your e-ticket to gain entry to the hall.
However, please have your identification documents with you at all times, in case of any inspection by the authorities.
No, there will not be any notes or handouts provided for the event. Please have a pen and paper or your mobile device ready if you wish to jot down some notes.
Yes. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the event.
No, recording is not provided.
